Hemang is a Committee Member and Office Bearer in IIM Ahmedabad Alumni Association – Mumbai Chapter. He has initiated various programs like providing career guidance and mentoring for final year students of any stream by visiting colleges and giving lectures on how to make the transition from campus to corporates.
Hemang Jangla and other alumni members went to over 25-30 colleges in and around Mumbai to mentor students. This program was highly appreciated by all concerned.
Hemang used to organise meetings for the MSME sector every 3 months in different areas. He used to arrange expert speakers who would speak on finance, marketing sales, operation etc.
He has also initiated various other program in Alumni chapter like "Reach Out to Young Aspirant” and a mentoring program “Meeting Alumni” and also arranged “CXO Meeting” which were highly successful.
He was associated with the popular “Synchrony for Bachas” organised for first year and second year students of IIM-A.
Hemang Jangla has always been interested in mentoring students. He was invited to be a part of “Cosmopolitan Education Society”-a renowned education institute; as a Council member in 2018 and since then he has been a council member of the institute and played a vital role in bringing various changes.
He has helped in formation of 2 Rotarat and Interact Clubs. He advices on various topics which improves the education system and the intellect of the student.
