He was appointed as the New Generation Service Exchange (NGSE) chair and the
Hemang Jangla has worked in various capacity in Rotary as Director- Community Vocational Youth and non- Medical District Chair- NGSE/ RYE. He is also Co- Avenue Chair- Kala Sahitya where he has arranged an art exhibition at Ravindra Natya Mandir Prabhadevi.
Avenue Chair- NGSE new generation service exchange is very close to his heart. He has worked very hard to promote this new segment of RYE Rotary Youth Exchange Program which enables students to spend for 3 months to foreign country. Hemang Jangla attended first ever international conference of NGSE in Frankfurt, Germany which gave a good experience and exposure with other avenue chairs of the NGSE of various countries. As Avenue chair of RYE he has visited schools and junior colleges to explain the RYE Program to students and parents and motivate them to join RYE and NGSE programs.
