Hemang Jangla, the founder of Havmore Insurance Brokers Private Limited, has achieved great success through his rigorous struggle and ambition.

He has ambitious targets and a strong vision for his company as well as for the common man. He wants to establish his company’s operations across the country so that people of all states can benefit from his services. He is well respected by people in the insurance industry. He has received numerous awards and trophies benevolent work from various societies and organizations.

Hemang Jangla has a long and varied journey in his career. His father, Dineshbhai, worked in a bank and Hemang was born in Mumbai's C.P. Tank Area. Hemang has great respect and love for his mother, Niranjana, who he believes provides love and support in tough times.

He studied at Lilavati Lalji Dayal High School, was brilliant in studies yet mischievous. After achieving distinction in his S.S.C. examination, Hemang gained admission to K. C. Commerce College. During his school vacation, he worked as a delivery boy in a bookstore in Princess Street. His experiences in the scouts, which involved various activities and earning by performing tasks at others' homes, helped him develop a sense of joy and leadership qualities.

In college, Hemang continued his journey towards selfindependence. He worked as a junior executive in a company that manufactured corrugated boxes, gaining experience in exportrelated tasks, documentation, and communication with relevant officers. He also worked in the firecracker business, Hemang's perseverance and patience were demonstrated when he waited outside a firecracker shop for several hours to impress the shopkeeper, eventually gaining goods on debit. He learned the importance of customer relationships during his four years in the firecracker business.

Hemang also became one of the youngest sub-brokers in the Bombay Stock Market. His company was instrumental in managing IPO’s of many companies. This was a specialisation that he developed and the journey in the stock market was quite memorable.

As the business landscape changed, Hemang saw opportunities in the insurance brokerage sector. He singlehandedly established Havmore Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. in 2005, Hemang aims to make Havemore Insurance Brokers the most valuable company. He is also a co-author of the book "Bima Sabhi Ke Liye" (Insurance for Everyone).

Launched BNI Chapter “Exponential” which is today number 1 with 150+ members chapter in Mumbai.

Due to his intense interest in studying, Hemang pursued various degrees and diplomas alongside his business ventures. He completed two years in ICWA (Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India) and Law, followed by Diplomas in International Marketing and Merchant Banking and Corporate Finance. He also obtained Diplomas in Human Resource, Finance, and Marketing from NMIMS (Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies) and an MBA in Marketing from K.C. College of Management Studies. Additionally, Hemang pursued studies in Vallabh Vedanta and Vaishnavism, as well as Management Development Programs from IIM Ahmedabad.
